Returns policy
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort it out.

As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check our product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t worry. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description

We’ll take care of it and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Additional notes
• We do not accept returns for sizing issues, so please choose carefully.
• Shipping costs for non-damaged returns (if accepted) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are only issued if the item cannot be replaced.
