Because your t-shirt is made to order, your total wait time includes a small printing window plus the actual transit time to your doorstep.

 

Step 1: Production & Printing Time

Before your package ships, our production team handles the printing, quality checks, and packaging:

Step 2: Estimated Shipping Times

Because delivery timeframes for our Garment Dyed T-shirt and eco-friendly Organic T-shirt depend entirely on your specific location and the closest available printing hub, shipping windows vary based on what you order and where it's going.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my order? Once your t-shirt clears our quality check and is handed over to the courier, we will shoot a shipping confirmation email straight to your inbox complete with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Will I have to pay international customs or duties? Depending on your local government's threshold laws, international packages may occasionally incur customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are completely determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

My order is split into multiple packages, is this normal? Yes! If you order a mix of Garment Dyed T-shirt and Organic T-shirt, they may be fulfilled at different regional printing hubs to get them to you as fast as possible. Don't panic if one arrives slightly before the other.
